I find Seymour Hersh's account far more believable.

However, if I were to believe this WaPo BS, that would mean Ukraine committed an act of war against Germany, a member of NATO, so why are we supporting them instead of retaliating?

Also, if the CIA knew about this, why did the USA not take steps to protect the critical infrastructure of a fellow member of NATO?
