Agreed, and to add to that it's likely these companies got hit with asset seizures and forfeitures because of the "activities" they were involved in. These self inflicted wounds will surely help explain why a company is failing that was otherwise solid, better kill themselves than start having people asking questions about why they are failing out of nowhere.
