I’m doing some work for a water corporation here in Australia and they openly have targets for minimum percent of women in management and aboriginals, so they promote people based on skin colour and gender, not merit. As a result, they are failing to perform their functions. The largest mining company here also has the same targets.

I don’t think the elite believe they will fail, because they always have succeeded throughout history. So crushing the small to medium enterprises out of business and destroying the large ones so they are absorbed into world government control is part of their plan.
