I have never taken Motrin. Tylenol works better for me and now trying Genexa. But if acetaminophen has such bad side affects Genexa isn't a great substitute. Genexa has acetaminophen but with out the other bad ingredients. Bottom line we can't win with anything that originated from big pharma.
I've ordered a multiple mushroom tincture and hoping that helps with inflammation. Some mushrooms relieve arthritis. That's the majority of my issues.
I took the 7 mushroom supplement from Staments. I read that one of the mushrooms was good for neuropathy. It seemed to be helping and then it seemed to fuck me up worse. I still have neuropathy in my head/neck/brain and honestly I'm afraid to try anything at this point.
Hi, I'm going back through replies looking for something and just reread your reply from a month ago.

I recently watched videos on YouTube describing the side effects of B1 deficiency. (There's three different types of B1, Thiamin. Neuropathy was mentioned, entire nervous system) I've been B12 deficient many times over the last twenty years so I opted for B complex to start to see if it helps my multiple symptoms. I've been taking B Complex about a week and have awful headaches the first four days. It's long but informative.
Hate you had a bad experience. I've been trying individual varieties of mushrooms on and off for the last two years. That's why I went with the multi mushroom.
I would not take Motrin either unless necessary. I'm looking at Genexa, never heard of it.

We ended up ordering the Genexa and it does appear to work for our allergy needs.
That's great 😃
