The last part of Trumps message is in all caps. Q would post in all caps if on the move. I think all caps is significant in another way but I forgot. Does anybody understand why Q would sometimes post in all caps or change to uppercase?

80% of Trump’s Truths are entirely in caps. It’s unusual for him to use lowercase at all.
