It may not be the US Military who resolves this, the crimes are International and Russia is collecting evidence. Today, nobody in the West is listening but there is an significant non-western collective in nascent form being assembled who are more than capable of dealing with crimes against Humanity.

BRICS is more that it appears on the surface.
