If Trump introduces documents into evidence, the other side either has to admit the documents are accurate, deny accuracy or ignore and pretend as if the document were never submitted. If they deny and are caught lying, that is perjury. And if they choose the pretend they weren't submitted route, "Failure to deny constitutes admission of truth" in statutory law.

Only thing is that the Judge gets to determine what evidence the defense is allowed to introduce. For reference see the Kari Lake case. They were disallowed from introducing evidence that would have won the day.
