FYI Trump will likely be arraigned in Federal Court in Florida. That places it under the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Know who is the 11th Circuit Justice? Clarence Thomas.

The case was assigned to the Trump-appointed US District Court Judge Aileen Cannon who oversaw the previous lawsuit after the Mar-A-Lago raid and appointed the Special Master.

I think the 11th Circuit Judges would decide any appeals and Justice Thomas would hear any emergency appeals from an 11th Circuit Court ruling.
