I prefer a hot soak in a tub, old and arthritic here. try and use a natural soap if you shower, same for the hair. My point was that you dont have to kill every bacteria on your skin as if it is "dirt", it is not, a lot of it is there to eat the bad bacteria. Why does MERSA exist in hospitals, which are supposed to be "sterile" as possible? Same with fungal infections in nursing homes.
