The whole precedent thing is too much to ignore. The Dems tripped all over themselves to make huge headlines in order to shift the narrative away from the truth about Biden, Obama and their tyranny machine.

By prosecuting Trump, a "former" President, which by the way has never happened before, they literally set the stage for Trump and His team to do the same to them. The difference however is they are the ones that are guilty of everything they accuse Trump of doing plus a whole shitload more. How do you introduce evidence legally? Their about to find out!!!
