Just finished watching Trump's speech at GOP Dinner in NC.
He's going after the Alphabet Mafia big time. After the NWO, after big pharma, after the deep state, and the warmongers. You name it he's has laid it all down for everyone to see.
You can watch at Youtube or Rumble.
Interesting place where Trump decided to "lay down the law" - Greensboro NC. I dont live there anymore but I definitely called it my stomping grounds for a long time. Interesting place.
Crossroads of America, at least when the railways were the main way of moving people and things around.
Its since become a liberal hellhole, and I imagine the wokeness crap has caught on pretty good - I left a little before anything like that was really holding strong in the city culture, but there were definitely some little signs of it already. A lot of younger people in service industry work scraping out a life there, but somehow, the mood and the people were always real stuck up and cliquish in my view. Couldn't really make many new friends in all the years I was there - but I'm thankful I had a few who were so good they made that not matter to me.
That's probably the left's wet dream now that I think about it a bit. A place where most of the people accept service jobs that are a lot of hard work for very modest income, but they STILL act like rich white libs, walk off with their heads down and eyes to the side when they pass you on the street, too pretentious to say hello to acquaintances, and they earnestly enjoy treating people with that certain special brand of penultimate, surface level leftie judgments. Gossiping is a big past time.
Somebody told me once that the courthouse is the biggest business in Greensboro. Per capita for the population, its the DUI capital of America in fact. Cops run the city, law enforcement is everywhere and ever present. I think there's quite a burgeoning meth problem happening there, just from what I've heard lately. More and more murders and shootings around the campus zipcodes where we used to live pretty unlocked and carefree just five or ten years ago.
It's a real liberal bastion: part of it, anyway. Just interesting that Trump chose to go there for such an important speech, one that drew some very important lines in the sand, rather than Charleston or Queen City (Charlotte) where life is a little more modern and the average incomes are better. There's no real jet set population in Greensboro like those places, or even in Asheville.
Sorry for musing so much! Just trying to set the stage for some of you who aren't familiar with the place, and maybe see if anyone else has an interesting word or two about Western NC, hah.
"TOM HOMAN: STRAIGHT FROM CENTRAL CASTING." (????)
He has mentioned Tom Homan and Central Casting several times in these speeches.
