My question is what is being restricted here? And how is exactly "incitement to Hatred" defined? It is entirely ambiguous and defined by personnel preferences. It can be mean anything. The word hatred is a word similar to 'dislike' or 'not approving of'. Everyone hates many things. I hate evil. I hate eating beets. Because I may talk about it, doesn't mean I'm inciting.
