You all missed the first "IF" followed by the rest.

An Indictment is merely an accusation. An Arrest is an action.

You all know The first indictment......., The first arrest.......Q3716.

For me, what he is saying is IF the above happens, we have a constitutional crisis and no rule of law. Is that when Military is allowed to step in?
