I will be honest an say I had not thought of this angle even though we knew it was a false flag event, but it makes sense when you think of all the cancers that people were getting and died from afterward.
The towers had asbestos in them. Essentially becoming more expensive to maintain year after year. Silverstein took out massive insurance on the WTC complex and cashed out big on the “terrorist” attacks. Win win. He got paid instead of losing money and having to demolish the towers
