Here’s a link to book written for publication in the Western World in 1992 by the Scientists who ran the Russian Experiment. Apparently it includes original experiment notes and reports.
I’ve never been able to actually sit down and really read it yet to verify it actually does. But it was listed as a source in another video on the Experiment and Concept I found. So you may find it interesting OP.
It was also a major pain in the ass to find. Only mention of the book I found outside the video, and conspiracy websites, was a citation in a Scientific Paper. Which included the Scribd link.
I started watching that video a few hours ago, and it sounds like a lot of BS. Supposedly, you can take sheet aluminum and make a spiral enclosure where you can enter and walk around to the middle, sit in a chair, and magically see through space and time. And then there's a bunch of mumbo-jumbo.
Of course the CIA has some of the guy's stuff in their collection. Here's a link to their file. I haven't read it yet, but I did download a copy.
Watched this yesterday (I really like the Why Files/AJ/Hecklefish). I haven't had time to do any research myself but I would like to read the book he talks about. This is the first I've heard about the subject.
