Fox is still paying him .

They say

Fox is continuing to pay Carlson, and maintains that his contract keeps his content exclusive to Fox through Dec. 31, 2024.

So what if Fox is still paying him. Does not mean Fox owns him. Does the non-compete say anything about him posting videos on his social media accounts?
