I stopped going to Starbucks years ago when I realized they can't even make the same drink twice. I kept ordering the same coffee, but it turned out different every time. My wife's vanilla chais were sometimes just milk, or sometimes it was like they dumped in the whole container of Chai. Amazed me that their standards were so low that their own product offerings weren't repeatable.

I only used to go to Starbucks during Christmas to buy their gingerbread cookies which were nice when they first came out. After awhile, they changed recipes and it became crap and not worth the yearly visit. Haven't been there in forever and I always ask to go to or recommend a different place to visit when people I am with want coffee.
