He goes through a lot of trouble questioning or outright discrediting everyone involved.
The bottom line is McCarthy was correct. For all his faults, this one point he was right about. And historically speaking, the words from Griffith are in fact directly from the communists own playbook. Are they lying about their plans?
So let's say everything else is bullshit... You still have two very factual parts of the film which are the main plot points, I might add.
You make good points. Agreed on McCarthy, who has been proven correct by the passage of time. The notion that Griffin is some sort of a commie sympathiser or double / disinfo agent… seems a stretch… Not impossible but still a stretch.
Mr Mathis is not who he wants others to believe he is.
He is involved in the scam site Bossmaker which is full of fluffery and hot air but is a site to register yourself as a freeman outside the confines of Maritime Law.
They lead you on and on with online personal consultations that cost $hundreds at first and grow more and more expensive as you get sucked into this scam.
His analysis of a lot of things in on the mark but a lot of it is schoolboy howlers.
He says that its impossible for aircraft to fly upside down despite mentioning angle of attack, that is enough for me.
He says he is an Oxbridge computer grad but there are are a lot of correspondence courses based in Oxford and Cambridge that will allow anyone to say that. He will not say what College he attended.
Miles Mathis has very interesting exposes that are loaded with 'tons' of connections. Certainly, it's food-for-thought to ruminate on. Despite enjoying reading his writings, I have a heavy dose of skepticism with the many 'guilt-by-association' connections though. With all the connections Mathis makes, it would be a grand endeavor for fact checking them for verification. Even with that, it's hard to make any judgment at all on what most of these associations are that amount to circumstantial evidence. For one thing the CIA is a well compartmentalized large organization. And being so, it's not a thoroughly homogeneous entity that is all 'this way' or 'that way'. In addition, the CIA in general has had changing ideology over the decades. Compartmentalization has a way of hiding throw-backs to changing policy. I'm sure there are those who are MAGA and true patriots that work at the CIA.
In the end, Miles Mathis writes a provocative thesis. It's one to consider, but should be verified.

Yeah, I mean, I like the questioning aspect. I get it.
But now we're questioning if communism is red herring? {Punny}
I think communism has shown itself to be quite real in it's intent.

Interesting. Good context to know.
