In electrical troubleshooting, you always check your ground when you're having problems. The same goes with life in general. Check your "ground". Make sure you're connected to God, and "ground" yourself every so often with prayer and reflection. What is also important is to "ground" yourself to His creation. The phrase "touch grass" may be a meme, but it is also very important for your physical, spiritual and mental well-being. Please take a moment... go outside, touch a tree with your hand; walk barefoot on grass; go to a river and feel the water. Use this as a strengthening conduit for God while you also utilize prayer to satisfy your inner spirit. God gives us the tools we need to become "whole" again, even if just for a moment.
When things get overwhelming and you feel like the chaos is out of hand, always remember to "ground" yourselves, Frens. Spiritually seek God above you while physically connecting yourself straight to the Earth.

GREAT POST!
Thanks, Fren! But I don't take credit.... I give the credit to HIM, as HE is GREAT! I would be nothing without HIM!
Amen, Fren!

Agreed! I always prefer to walk barefoot when outside unless it's sketchy. Certainly, walking barefoot on grass is one of the best things ever. Thanks for posting!
I like to play in the dirt. Dirt helps.
Pray.
Pray often.
Pray deliberately.
Pray with others.
Pray with others, deliberately, and often.
How do you recommend praying for things you need without actually asking directly for specific requests which seems to simply demand that God intervene and help? Is this a good strategy?
The best way is to directly connect your soul chakra to the earth, this is at the base of your spine.
Take your trousers, jeans, skirts or whatever off and then your knickers and underpants and sit bare assed on the ground. This is the best way to do it, no bull.
Watch out for fire ants and poison ivy.
Rock solid advice right here.
