Let's be real. Trump being indicted is a key part of the plan.

The "you can't arrest a political opponent" angle had to be dismantled.

It opens the doorway to Biden, Obama, Bush and Clinton being indicted by Trump when the time comes.

Not to mention it makes Trump surge in the polls.
