Ego-free leadership. Best Senior leaders I ever knew were good with constructive criticism. I also worked for a lot of shitty senior leaders during my time in the Army who hated being questioned or their ideas/concerns “challenged”. None of them were successful. Not one. A lot were ‘Toxic’.
