it means trump can start posting on other media platforms like twitter, he must have had a contractual agreement not to use any other platform for a given time

He's allowed to post on any other media platform, including Twitter. But the post has to be on Truth first, and there has to be 6 hours between his Truth post and that same post on any other platform.
