It's okay, a great number of the Irish migrated to the US and we will be happy to continue to ridicule them and keep up the good fight.
Here's a tip for my Irish brothers still in Ireland. Learn to use English like southerners do in the US and they won't even know that your insulting them. Sayings like "Well aren't you special" are frequently not what they seem.
