Most easiest way to rig an election/voting is to throw out votes = result is "only few voted"!

How many have the same attitude so many here have "Why vote? It doesn't matter."? While there is partial truth in that, if more people had that attitude we wouldn't have had Trump in 2016 and the minority of good local sheriffs, mayors, and school boards, would all be in the hands of the leftists.
