I tried some of the stuff on youtube, the one that was supposed to help with pain, did help a little, the one for deep relaxation did not put me to sleep, but thats because I am a person who needs a dark room and silence to fall asleep. I have an old dog who probably has a tumor, called an insulinoma, and I am treating her naturally and she is doing well, it causes low blood sugar, and is a slow cancer, she is okay, and she is an old gal, but I let a frequency play the other night, specific for calming dogs, and she and the younger doodle boy were snoring in minutes, I found the dog frequency more relaxing than the one for humans. yikes, what does that say about me? All joking aside, I believe that sound can heal or harm, that frequencies can work on a cellular level. Does it work if you do not use headphones? i just play it on my laptop and use the speakers on it. I am too vigilant to be comfortable blocking out all sound, it's a quirk similar to my claustrophobia. I live out in the country, it's quiet up here, if I have headphones on "I can't hear them coming"
