This is an excellent read but anons in the substack he says our military was given stringers like in Q post 102. However those coordinates go the Phillipines. Can someone explain the significance of connecting Saudi Arabia to the Philippines?

Yes it did! The president of the Phillipines vested the govt within himself and came to America when Japan was occupying. Once the war was over he went back to the Phillipines and reconstituted the govt from himself back to the people/buildings.
