The title is literally “comms”. This is comms. Trump knows anons will acknowledge the pictures age…and thus, comms are inferred. The question remains, what do YOU think these comms are referring to? As stayed below, I agree, it kinda looks like a cell. Perhaps prison for the DOJ associate(s) involved?

It's definitely an odd photo to take. Even back in 2013 if this was to be used for a photo-op why take it from behind and through the glass window?
