Trump doesn't say this is a new or old image, he is just pointing out that they are/were plotting against Republicans. Maybe he is alluding to what they were doing back when this picture was taken (2013).

And the Trump haters are in full effect under his truth post, calling him a liar.

Then someone wrote this under Trumps post with images of Obummer with Monaco in WH...
