Massive sinus pressure spike. To the point my eyes are pounding and it feels like my teeth are getting pushed out by pressure. The right side of my face was a rash of pain and the muscles were taunt. Only happens with extreme barometric pressure changes. This one was the worst one I have ever felt.

I’ve had a cold that has lasted much longer than usual. Lots of phlegm.
