2. Project came out of NOWHERE with very limited documentation on the vessel and mission but what is available, is embarrassing and inadequate. All video shows craft on surface of ocean or at very limited depths. No serious test runs documented or recorded, to my knowledge. This is their 'Headquarters', try not to laugh:
