What’s wild to me is that so many people are focusing on not subpoenaing Comney, etc. I felt like Durham gave the explanation perfectly. They weren’t willing to even be interviewed. A subpoena would’ve made them but they would’ve lawyered up and made sure not to incriminate themselves with “I don’t recall”. It would’ve been pointless for this report. Trump saying part of the problem was Barr bc he didn’t want it to come out bc the election shows Durham was consistently blocked from being able to do a thorough investigation and Barr wasn’t willing to prosecute. I suspect, the nuggets are enough to have opened new investigations.
