I dont quite get it. Is it possible Putin and Prigozhin are staging this conflict, baiting Ukraine to over extend themselves, before revealing this was a setup and there is no bad blood between the Kremlin and Wagner?

If so, it seems like a weird thing to put you citizens through, bringing tanks and armored vehicles into your own cities.
