I dont quite get it. Is it possible Putin and Prigozhin are staging this conflict, baiting Ukraine to over extend themselves, before revealing this was a setup and there is no bad blood between the Kremlin and Wagner?

The claim is that DJT and Trump Org wanted to reimburse Cohen, but didn't want it on the books what they were really paying him for. So, they had Cohen send invoices monthly for a retainer agreement which didn't actually exist, and they put that on the books when they cut him the checks.
- One component of this scheme was that, at the Defendant’s request, a lawyer who then worked for the Trump Organization as Special Counsel to Defendant (“Lawyer A”), covertly paid $130,000 to an adult film actress shortly before the election to prevent her from publicizing a sexual encounter with the Defendant. Lawyer A made the $130,000 payment through a shell corporation he set up and funded at a bank in Manhattan. This payment was illegal, and Lawyer A has since pleaded guilty to making an illegal campaign contribution and served time in prison. Further, false entries were made in New York business records to effectuate this payment, separate and apart from the New York business records used to conceal the payment.
- After the election, the Defendant reimbursed Lawyer A for the illegal payment through a series of monthly checks, first from the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust (the “Defendant’s Trust”)—a Trust created under the laws of New York which held the Trump Organization entity assets after the Defendant was elected President—and then from the Defendant’s bank account. Each check was processed by the Trump Organization, and each check was disguised as a payment for legal services rendered in a given month of 2017 pursuant to a retainer agreement. The payment records, kept and maintained by the Trump Organization, were false New York business records. In truth, there was no retainer agreement, and Lawyer A was not being paid for legal services rendered in 2017. The Defendant caused his entities’ business records to be falsified to disguise his and others’ criminal conduct.

To what end? So we have another election? And then Trump wins that one but there were fraudulent ballots for biden, so the fact that there are fraudulent votes means you throw that one out too??
Bottomline: it definitely matters who the fraudulent votes were for. Take out the fraudulent ballots and see who won.
Summary:
Hand ballot recount: more or less in line with what the county reported. In fact, Cyber ninjas found a couple hundred less trump votes, and about a hundred more biden votes
Electronic systems: logs and images are missing, passwords reused, all in all not keeping the electronic system as tight as they were supposed to
Signature matching: Shiva determined they would've submitted a few thousand fewer ballots for signature verification, basically due to there being no signature in the box it was supposed to be in
Various other issues: a number in the 10k-20kish range (iirc) of ballots were from primarily people who had moved prior to the election, minorly from dead voters (around 200), and other stuff in between.
Shiva and Cyber ninjas said maybe theres an explanation for some of these things (clerical errors, etc) but they dont know, presumably they want more info from the county. So if some things have justifications but others dont, and there are bad ballots, then among the bad ballots, they didn't still say how many of them were for Biden vs for Trump (as far as I've seen). So, looking like they're suggesting ways to tighten up the security, maybe even referring some workers for violating procedure, which is good. But i havent heard anything constituting "we found X votes for biden shouldnt have counted, therefore, trump actually won".
Quick maths, someone correct me if I'm wrong. -To have a difference of 10,448 in favor of trump (making Trump the winner), given 21,887 ballots that should be thrown out:
- Assuming its between Trump and Biden only (oversimplifying, for the sake of giving Trump thr most possible egde; no jorgenson or write-ins):
At least 16,168/21,887 of the thrown out ballots would need to be for biden (leaving 5,719 of the thrown out ballots being for Trump)
That means cyber ninjas/shiva need to show 73.8+% of the bad ballots were for Biden, under the most favorable conditions for trump, to show trump won.
They have the ballots. Theyre not telling us what percent of the bad ballots were for biden. That should tell you something..
