It is most likely talking about the affirmative action cases before the court. Legally, they can't do anything with the Bronson case. Only the military can petition the court to remove the President in an Article III proceeding. The Bronson brothers would be better off testifying before the House Judiciary committee as part of impeachment proceedings.

Maybe I am wrong on the above and it is something relating to the Resident of the United States.
