Please chime in if you have a good explanation for Trump hiring so many swamp creatures, deep staters, and incompetents.

The answer should be obvious: it wasn’t important to the plan. Or, alternatively, they picked exactly who they wanted for exactly the positions that they wanted according to the plan.
