Quick question, If "white hats" were behind President Trump's election and Presidency, why didn't they direct who should be hired for various positions in his administration?

Please chime in if you have a good explanation for Trump hiring so many swamp creatures, deep staters, and incompetents.

Some of them were perfectly fine, such as Ron Carson, Peter Navarro, and Scott Atlas. Even Mike Pompeo seemed to function well as Secretary of State. Others may have been "try 'em and fry 'em" to see how they would reveal themselves. There was a lot of "outing" needed in order to identify friend from foe. Identification of fellow travelers would also have been important.
