White Americans have violence promoted against them at every turn, groups that would rise up and say that that's wrong (not these people, but the people they're pretending to be) are labeled as white supremacists and are not exacerbating the problem
Since when is seeing a criminal’s face considered doxxing them? Background is different that publishing addresses and family and phone numbers. That’s all Public Information. They should be willing to put their identity behind their actions
Sometimes when you go against the regime it's prudent to have some op sec. I bet the guys still in prison from January 6th wish their faces were hidden although I guess everyone has forgotten about them. Also is this post not celebrating the doxxing of people that was a result of forcibly removing their masks, thereby exposing their identities for the purpose of doxxing them? Perhaps your definition is more restrictive than mine. It may have worked out in the case but I'm not talking about this case I was asking a broader question.
More importantly, do you think it would have been wrong for the Jan 6ers currently imprisoned to have hidden their faces? Why or why not?
Fren, I see your point - I truly do. I think of the less famous John 3 passage (we all know 3:16 by heart) but John 3:19-21 explains my position. Not to simply thump the Bible, but I find that passage Extremely enlightening. In summation : those who perpetrate evil hate the light and do not come into the light lest they be exposed, but he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be Clearly Seen and that those deeds were done before the Lord. God bless and GodsPede
I appreciate that, but I feel like that did not answer my question, unless you'd say it would be wrong for the Jan 6ers to have worn masks with that Scripture as your justification. In which case I'd appreciate you doing so directly so we may have a discussion.
Also I believe "Light" in those passages is in reference to Jesus coming into the world and darkness represents people who choose to continue living a life of sin even though the Light has come to mankind, particularly given the context around that curation. There are also Scripture passages about doing charitable acts in secret, so it is not imperative that we must make ourselves known while doing good deeds. But I'm more interested in a direct answer to my question than debating Scripture at the moment.
If you do think it would be wrong and use that Scripture as justification, I would further ask why you don't use your real name as your username on this forum.
So what if they were real white nationalists? Should they be doxxed because you disagree with them?
