I downloaded it from Telegram. It's clickbait.

Nothing more than promotion of a new magazine called "Capitol Time Magazine".

I didn't think my opinion of Byrne could fall any lower than when he said Bill Gates was a "nice guy", but this scam really shows what a grifter he is. It's 99 pages of Byrne telling "his story in print."
