I always say a good cry is a cheap counseling session...very cleansing...I needed that for some reason...

Agree. I actually think I don't do it enough anymore. Trauma response coping by shutting down emotions.

I always feel so much better after a good cry...even though nothing is changed...I think the gift of tears has purpose we don't fully understand...God is so creative in His love for us...it truly is amazing...please let me know when your prayers are answered...I have THOROUGHLY enjoyed sharing this conversation with you...my birthstone is emerald and your name always reminded me of that....
