I thought the Kola Superdeep Borehole SG-3 was the deepest depth we've drilled at 12,262 metres (40,230 ft). Thats roughly 7.5 miles deep.

Is this quote saying the DUMB is at 10.2 miles deep or that the tunnel is 10.2 miles long?
