I thought i saw something yesterday that the Supreme Court was giving opinions today. Did anyone else see that? I havent seen anything from the court posted here today.

All I got is that it was a 6-3 decision regarding independent state legislature lawmakers-it rejected giving power to them in federal elections, or, "unchecked" power.

I heard a big one that could strike down affirmative action will probably be out thurs or fri, since the supremes rarely meet after june 30th. (To be honest, I thought affirmative action was already illegal.)
Affirmative action has been illegal for years, however that never stops the Communists from writing new rules to try to sneak it in. I believe it was affirmative action that doomed the recent sub implosion. In this case the affirmative action was to not allow 50 year old white guys with experience to help design the sub, but to get some 25 year old guys with 'ideas' to design the sub.
