Most bank accounts with large for-profit banks will collapse. Including but not limited to JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, etc. Your local credit unions are safer. As they will be less affected by this collapse.
This FIAT U.S. backed Dollar will be replaced by a GOLD backed U.S. dollar or other valuable local RESOURCE backed U.S. dollar. In other words, the U.S. dollar will not disappear, but will be replaced by a GOLD backed U.S. dollar.
Most other countries will stop accepting any U.S. FIAT backed dollars because they will be wortless. But will accept payments in GOLD backed currencies. They will accept either your local GOLD backed currencies or any GOLD backed currencies which qualifies to the buyers. Any Fed centralized FIAT currencies will obviously be very unlikely to be accepted. Such as CBDC, FedNow, or any other Fed's FIAT backed centralized currency.
China, who has the biggest economy in the world since around 2014, increasingly supports GOLD backed local currencies of various countries
Most large businesses presently using mostly FIAT backed U.S. dollars will both declare bankruptcy in U.S. dollar and move their assets to BRICS. This is one way they can start doing business on cleaner and safer GOLD backed currencies.
BRICS may be a temporary reprieve for safeguarding your money. However, there's no guarantee that BRICS won't go fully digital as well. In fact, you can expect it. And for another consideration, BRICS membership is currently 5 member States. However, soon it will be 10 member States (10 kings?)

I'd say diversify into everything. Cash, your regular bank (if you still have one), a credit union, Bitcoin, precious metals, ammo, and food. Some of the people I follow who are looking for the dollar collapse as BRICS rises aren't seeing it quite yet.
