Sometimes I wake up in absolute disbelief that my government is trying to kill me. Other days, it’s just on with the show.
But this is the summer of pure dismal. It rains everyday in many places—here and where loved ones live. I’m of the opinion the bastards control the weather.
The smoke from the Canada fires are bad where I live today and it’s making my mother in Hospice worse because she’s not getting enough oxygen to her brain. She has a lung disease and is dying. The smoke doesn’t help. It makes her delirious.
And word is today that malaria, of all things, is active in Florida and Texas. Gee, what a surprise. Let’s get those red states! Bring on the malaria, boys!
Florida is being punished on a daily basis, with high insurance, skyrocketing housing costs, and now Malaria. Really biblical weather in South Florida this summer where my daughter lives with Noah-like rain and crazy thunder for weeks.
Dengue fever in Peru spreading there from Brazil and Gate’s mosquitos. And I could go on, but you know the news.
I’m just fed up tonight. My brother, who is awake, called, and we were marveling at all the chaos. We decided we just have to be strong every single day. Stay ahead of the blues. Fight to be happy. Carry an umbrella. Sing in the effing rain.
I understand your reticence to accept that concept...there is not agreement in the homeopathic community on the use of the highest potencies...it is based on water memory...which can be debated...But...much healing can be done when you can't quantify something...
Let me give you an example...I use foot reflexology...if you touch certain spots on the foot they correspond to certain areas of the body...which are mapped out on charts. There are corresponding points on our hands and ears...
When you massage a sore point you can feel crystals...the person can feel corresponding pain in the targeted area until the crystals are broken up through massaging that point...
Now...WHY does foot reflexology work? We know if we rub garlic on the foot we can taste it in our mouths...what is the circuit that allows this...what allows foot reflexology to work?
Perhaps the lymph system or such...but it is probably more akin to the Chinese acupressure/acupuncture points that follow/connect meridians in the body...can this circuitry be quantified? NO...but Chinese medicine and acupuncture/acupressure is very effective...again the proof is in the pudding...something transpires that creates healing...so I tend to stick with things where I see results...maybe in time "science" will catch up...
Yes, I understand the concepts of foot reflexology and accupuncture; seems pretty logical when considering the human nervous system. It just seems that a lot of "natural" medicine ventures into almost occultic practices (crystals with magical powers, etc.) and that's where I have a problem with it; lack of scientific or spiritual (Christian) backing. My wife sees a naturpathic "doctor" who just has her hold out her arm, and she diagnoses various ailments. I think most of it is luck ("you are gluten intolerant"), which matches up with symptoms she had and can't be related to someone holding out their arm.
I am laughing...I use muscle response testing and I can tell you that one of the most Christian persons on this site uses it also, along with prayer to affect change...there certainly seems to be a realm of nature that goes beyond what is known...
I was always taught that foot reflexology does NOT follow the path of the nervous system but truthfully we also have a parasympathetic nervous system and since that is all dependent on energy and electrical stimuli perhaps that is the vehicle used in foot reflexology/massage/acupressure/acupuncture...in my book it all is very interesting...I don't have to know how aspirin works to know if I have a headache and take it...it works...not that I take aspirin...just an example...
I agree that natural healing can appear occultish...but you have to remember...
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” ― Nikola Tesla
That being said...crystals, rocks...EVERYTHING has frequency, vibration and energy...so sometimes there is no "magic" involved...God created that so it is not some made up garbage...I am a Christian and there are some things I limit because of that (yoga, meditation as in emptying your mind)...but I truly depend on God's guidance to help me to know how to heal naturally and He has never led me astray....but I truly understand that you want scientific "proof" of how something works before you accept that things sometimes "work" because God has given us so much more than we can ever imagine...and His knowledge and power is so much more than we can ever fathom...
Again...faith afterall is believing in things unseen...so why do we need "science" to put a stamp of approval on all the mysteries of the universe that are not understood or quantified by science????????????
Now it is interesting that the ancient Hebrew breastpiece had 12 different minerals (some they don't know what they were) Everything in the universe does seem to follow some wave frequency. We consider certain physical things "constants", but we don't know what those constants were 10,000 years ago. We could be on the crest of a wave (or trough) in regards to constants, so perhaps it will take a few hundred years for enough change in them to be detected.
Well...I don't need to understand electricity in order to turn a light on and I don't need to understand how a phone works to talk to someone miles away...here is an interesting article on ley lines that you might find interesting...you do realize Hebrews tells us that Jesus is the source of ALL energy...especially since all known energy can only be transformed...NOT created....he is also literally the light of the world...check out Genesis 1...God separated light from darkness before he created the sun, moon and stars....everything begins and ends with God...his knowledge and wisdom...
