Trump's lawyers: "We have no idea. They never specifically asked for it. Likely not."

Again, let me point out: even though the transcript of the Bedminster meeting audiotape appears in the Trump 37 count indictment, NONE of those 37 counts mention classified NDI or any other classified documents being illegally possessed or displayed at Trump's Bedminster resort.

If the "Iran Memo" was a key issue in the upcoming trial, if it was going to be introduced into evidence and shown to the jury, the Smith SCO would have already SEIZED IT BACK BY NOW and CHARGED Trump for displaying it.

They don't appear to have done that.

They didn't SEIZE the Iran Memo back and they didn't CHARGE Trump for exposing/displaying it.
