Well they are paying a $40 million dollar fine for something...I do not think they like to follow all the EPA'S rules...why else would they be fined...

There is definitely something in the air...why is BP involved?

They have no choice but to follow the EPA rules, they might have a hiccup in the system causing them to be fined by the EPA but I am not on site at the moment, so I’m not sure what this fine is for but I’ve been in many refineries while flare were dumbing for days at a time and never have I ever seen this as a result. https://media.greatawakening.win/post/GWgjd63nBqj1.png
