I don't understand how Senators have the power to make these kind of agreements with foreign powers. We have totally abandoned the Constitutional structure put in place by the founders. It's crazy.

Lyme disease was created in a biolab at Plumb Island off the coast of Long Island. It was created and put into dear tics to be used in war to incapacitate solders. It some out got lose, and a deer from the island that was carrying these tics showed up in Lyme Connecticut which is less than 7 miles from the Plumb Island facility. Was it an accidental or intentional?
