PREACH. I work for a disgustingly woke branch of federal gov't who is increasingly focused on hiring for skin color and gender...and skills/experience be damned. The good news is that I can potentially retire in the next 1-2 years...and these stupid motherfuckers can continue to drive the organization into the ground.
And it WILL be driven into the ground, because the minority hires? Most are dumber than a box of rocks. They know that WE know they're being hired for their skin color/gender/sexual preference, and they're fine with that...until they need to do the actual fucking work. Ohhh, how I LOVE to see/witness the fail, and it's happening more often.
I feel your pain, brother. What was interesting for me was when some of my evil (sarcasm) white co-workers who were also woke lefists got passed over for promotions in the name of Diversity™, they quickly made racist remarks to me about the people that got the jobs. Remember, these were bleeding heart libs who virtue signalled about this kind of garbage. One had a BLM flag hanging on his house 😆😆. Amazing how the figurative masks dropped on some of them, saying racist things that didn't come naturally to me, the evil Trump supporter. Congrats on getting out of the woke rat race soon
You make a very excellent point, fren -- white liberals, particuarly white liberal women, are some of the absolute worst humans existing on the planet, due primarily to their virulent hypocrisy and non-stop virtue signaling. It sounds like you are similarly "stuck" working in a similar environment...and I hope you continue to weather it, as I TRY to.
