The release of mosquitos is an experiment. What they did is to introduce a bacteria called Wolbachia into Aedes aegypti mosquitos. These mosquitos carry many diseases we worry about like West Nile and Zika, but more importantly, they can carry the Plasmodium parasite that causes malaria.
The Wolbachia interferes with the male mosquitos' potency. When they mate with female mosquitos without the bacteria, that is naturally occurring female mosquitos in the wild, the eggs will not hatch. The idea is to release large amounts of Wolbachia carrying mosquitos into the population to effectively kill off the mosquitos within a few generations by preventing their reproduction.
So, you think "well, the bacteria are going to kill us all, dirty bastards." But we have over a decade of research (at least as long as I've followed papers on the topic) that shows the Wolbachia don't cause disease in humans.
But what's causing the malaria then, genius? Mass immigration. We're bringing in like a quarter of a million illegals a month right now and not a damned one of them is getting a health screen. Then of course they're putting put on planes and dispersed all over the US wherever they want to go. Naturally, they pick places like Texas and Florida and California. Guess where all the infectious disease outbreaks of 3rd world diseases show up? TX, FL, CA. Hepatitis A? CA. Tuberculosis? All over, frankly, mostly in rural towns where the migrant farm workers show up. So, where do you think we'd see malaria? The same places. Where the illegals that carried the diseases in are being settled.
Bill Gates may be the driver, but he's a driver because he's helping with the mass immigration scheme, not because this mosquito thing is driving malaria up.
I'm going to need more than this.

Also, the mosquitos were NOT released into Texas.
