Just skimmed the first few pages (of 27, I think) and it's the SEC claim that three individuals (Michael and Gerald Shvartsman (brothers) and Bruce Garelick) engaged in insider trading in DWAC. Bruce and Michael worked at Rocket One Capital and were privy to insider information, passed to brother Gerald who engaged in trading on this info.
