Court: Michigan didn't have legal authority for some COVID-19 restaurant restrictions

The judge who dissented wrote since the COVID-19 emergency orders have long been over, the case should be dismissed over mootness.

I traveled to MI during lockdowns. It was soooooo stupid. You could only get take out or delivery at the time I was there. Hotels only served sugar-in-a-bag breakfasts.
